This property retained many original features from its construction circa 1950. there were several extensions added to it over the years in an adhoc manner, resulting in a sprawling and poorly realised town property which was dark, damp and drafty.

This design removed the lifetime of poorly designed and constructed additions returning to the original footprint and added a contemporary extension on the north-east side with high level fanlights and providing a private sun trap to the south.
